Originally Asian, but newly Swissed !

We did not reinvent the wheel, we just improved it…! Kombucha came into being more than a thousand years ago and only recently made its way to Western Europe. I must say it has been very busy: born somewhere in northern China 2000 years ago, it first delighted the taste buds of his Imperial Highness The Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Growing in popularity, it then traveled westwards in the goatskin flasks of Genghis Khan and his Mongol warriors before yak-back trekking on the silk Road to join Russia and then Europe, where it recently stopped by Lake Geneva… and plans to remain for a while!

Kombu…why ?

First, because it’s damn good.

Then, because it is made with the finest organic ingredients and has amazing properties thanks to its many organic acids, vitamins and antioxidants. Many people around the world drink it for its health properties. We drink it mostly because it’s freaking delicious.
